These Terms and Conditions govern all travel services and packages arranged through Zahway, a brand of Luxurygo Travel LTD (Company No. 16127293), registered in England and Wales. By engaging our services, you agree to the conditions set out below.
1. Our role
We design and sell bespoke travel packages in collaboration with accredited Destination Management Companies and selected hotels.
As the organiser of the package:
• We are responsible for the coordination and arrangement of the full itinerary purchased by the client.
• Individual services within the package are fulfilled by third party suppliers including hotels, DMCs, transport providers and local operators.
• Each supplier is responsible for the performance, safety and delivery of their own service.
• Flights may also be arranged in the future through accredited partners. Any flight service will be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant airline or aviation provider.
We provide travel design expertise, full coordination and access to negotiated rates and privileges.
2. Travel packages and payments
Packages may include hotel accommodation, private or shared transfers, guided tours, excursions, restaurant reservations, wellness services and other experiences depending on the destination.
All bookings are processed under the individual terms and conditions of each supplier involved in the package.
We may require client card details or issue a secure payment link to confirm services.
A non-refundable Travel Design Fee may be charged for itinerary creation, destination planning or personalised arrangements. This fee is payable directly to Luxurygo Travel LTD.
3. Cancellations, refunds and no-show policy
• All cancellations, refunds and no-show penalties are determined by supplier policies.
• Each service within a package may have its own cancellation conditions.
• We manage communication with suppliers on the client’s behalf, but approval of refunds or amendments is strictly at supplier discretion.
• Any penalties or outstanding balances remain the responsibility of the client.
4. Force majeure
• We and our suppliers are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside reasonable control including natural disasters, political events, strikes, technical failures or health emergencies.
• In such cases, the supplier’s policies regarding rebooking, credits or refunds will apply.
5. Client responsibilities
• Clients must ensure that all information provided is accurate, including passport names and travel dates.
• Clients are responsible for meeting visa, entry, health and vaccination requirements.
• Certain experiences may require appropriate documentation, fitness levels or compliance with safety rules.
6. Travel insurance
• Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover cancellations, medical needs, luggage delays, supplier failure and unforeseen circumstances.
• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that their chosen policy offers adequate coverage.
7. Liability
• We coordinate the full package but do not operate hotels, transfers, tours or any services directly.
• We cannot accept liability for the acts, omissions or performance of suppliers including DMCs, hotels and experience providers.
• Supplier failures, operational issues, delays or changes remain the responsibility of the provider delivering that service.
• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded under English law.
8. Website content and control
• All content on the Zahway website is managed internally.
• Supplier information, rates and policies may change without prior notice.
• We are not responsible for external content belonging to suppliers.
9. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
